What is Dental Implants

Dental implants are small titanium parts used in dentistry to replace the missing tooth roots, which help retain dental crowns or dental bridges. How the Implant Process Works

Assessment and Consultation

We begin your journey with an oral health assessment to understand your dental concerns and medical history. An impression and X-ray will be taken during the assessment process. Based on your dental health and symptoms, we will then recommend you the best treatment plan.

Implant Preparation and Placement

We first start by doing a full-mouth preparation to get you ready before placing an implant. After everything is ready, we will place an implant into the alveolar bone. An additional concentrated growth factor may be used to stimulate wound healing which helps your bone and soft tissue heal faster.

Bone Healing

Since it will take some time for the bone to heal after implant placement, at Rajapas-Anchana Dental clinic, we also provide LED Laser in our treatment which will increase the power of healing at the cell level and consequently help your bone heal at a faster rate.

Designing Implant Abutments and Dental Crowns

After your bone is healing enough to pass the implant stability test provided, an impression of the implant will be taken to produce abutments and crowns, which will be specifically designed and produced at our own laboratory for each patient.

Abutment and Crown Placement

After your customized abutment and crown are ready, we will place them in your mouth and make adjustment to make sure it fits well in your mouth.
